We hope 2023 has been off to a great start! It certainly has on our end — in fact, there was a 35% increase in all e-hail trip bookings between January 2023 and February 2023 alone. 

What's New

Curb is actively rolling out new updates in select markets. Be on the lookout – these features may be available in your city soon!

• Next Trip Offer: We’re all about multitasking, which is why NYC drivers are now able to see their next trip offer while still completing their current trip.   
• Updated Trip Offers: To make things easier when deciding on trips, we updated trip offer screens to now show estimated time and distance to both pick-up and drop-off locations on the map. 

Know Before You Go

Stay tuned, drivers – Upfront Fares are coming very soon to some of our other markets. They’re currently available in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and South Florida (Miami and Fort Lauderdale). 

Upfront Fares mean that drivers can see the trip price BEFORE choosing to accept the trip, providing greater price transparency and helping you optimize your trip earnings.

Huge thank you to drivers for your continued hard work! Starting in January and continuing until May, we are gifting 10 top-performing NYC drivers with $500 AmEx gift cards as a small token of our appreciation, and hope to expand this to other markets.

Our first awarded drivers for January completed nearly 2,000 e-hail trips in December 2022 and — more importantly — canceled less than 4% of their assigned trips.
