Hi Drivers,

It’s been a busy summer, especially on the road. Not only are more people traveling this summer but, compared to last year, more people are driving rather than flying to their destination. 

Therefore, ride demand has been on the rise – in fact, consumer e-hail trip bookings have been increasing every month since the start of 2023. Thank you Drivers for all your hard work in providing rides!

Training Tour!

We’re always making updates to improve your driving experience with Curb. That’s why Curb is welcoming drivers in select local shops for live training sessions with free food and a chance to speak directly with Curb representatives. Attendance is STRONGLY encouraged – stop by to ask questions and go over any updates to your Curb equipment and app.

New Features on DASH Trip Offers: Get more info and more time to decide on trips with a bid countdown, detailed map, and updated trip summary. Now live in NYC and Chicago, and coming soon to all other markets.

Boston MBTA Partnership: We’re partnering with the Boston MBTA on The Ride, a year-round paratransit service that provides transportation to people with disabilities. 

Black Car Update! Upfront Fare trips from O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport are now available for Chicago FHV drivers.

We recently concluded our American Express gifting program, where Curb gifted select outstanding drivers across New York City with $500 AmEx gift cards, and what a way to end! Last month’s top drivers alone completed nearly 2,000 trips.

That’s not all though – this baseball season, Curb teamed up with the New York Yankees to gift select drivers with free home game tickets.
