Thank you for expressing interest in receiving routes from Chicago Public Schools. We are excited to announce that we are getting ready to start this program soon! Routes will be available once your background check is finalized.

 

Please follow the instructions below to get your background check completed:

1. Print Accurate Biometrics Form in this link here.
   ** Print extra copies – Accurate Biometrics will not have extra onsite ** 
2. Fill out all the required information.
3. Bring your completed form and your Driver’s License or Passport to any of the Accurate Biometrics locations below.
