In order to maintain our standard of service, Curb conducts routine randomized document checks for compliance and safety.
All drivers are required to book and complete a free, 10-minute document verification by Friday, August 18th.
Failing to do so may result in restricted access to your account and trip offers from Curb.
How do I sign up?
The document verification must be scheduled and completed in the next 5 business days, or no later than Friday, August 18th. There are two ways to complete:
1. Click HERE or below to book a video appointment.
2. Stop by the Curb office for a walk-in appointment.

What do I have to bring?
1. Your vehicle
2. ALL of the following documents: Chauffeur License, Drivers License, a copy of your Social Security Number
