Pay-in-Car Curb Trips For Hotel Guests in Washington DC

Hi there,

Starting today, staff in hotels and other venues will now be able to book a pay-in-car Curb ride for their guests with the touch of a button. Rides will be metered trips, and passengers will pay in the car at the end of the ride. 

Below is a preview of how this feature works: 

Trip offers will say “Metered Fare Trip”

Make sure to hire your meter as normal.

After tapping the Accept Offer button and confirming the Passenger Is In-Vehicle, it will say "Rider must pay in vehicle"

*When this prompt is shown, drivers are required to collect trip payments from passengers*

Once you have arrived at the destination, tap the Trip Complete button.

Passengers can pay with Cash or Credit Card. If the passenger pays via credit card, please wait for the "payment has been processed" sound notification, signaling payment is settled.
