Most drivers will be automatically approved. But if your account does say “Pending”, please email driver_support@gocurb.com to approve your driver account.

💳 Get paid daily
You will need to add a debit card or bank account as a payment option upon on-boarding. You will automatically be set to daily payouts.

Getting your first trip

📱 Going online
Tap the toggle button on the upper right hand corner of the driver app to go online. Once “online,” you can receive trip offers.

📲 Accept a trip request
While online, you will get trip offers around your area. Tap Offers > “Accept trip” to accept any trip offer that you like.

⌚ Trip offer transparency
Increased trip transparency is an important part of the Curb driver experience. When you get a trip offer, you will see the riders drop-off location, time to pick up, and time to destination.

💵 Refer & Earn
Earn $75* for referring your friends to drive with Curb. After they're approved, all they have to do is take a trip in their first week and you’ll both get paid. Tap on “Main Menu  > Refer & Earn” to share your link.

🚨 Alerts
Tap on Support > “Alerts” to view relevant alerts in your driver app. Alerts can range from offered bonuses to traffic updates. Check them periodically

💬 In-app support
Tap on Support > “Chat” to view or start a thread with a driver support agent. This is a real time chat with our representatives

📖 Trip history
Tap on “Trips” to view past and upcoming trip history. This will include pick-up, drop-off, and other relevant details on a trip-by-trip basis

🏦 Your statements
Tap on Main Menu > “Reports” to view your payment and income statements. These reports are related to your earnings made with Curb
