We're happy to share an important update to ALL Curb E-Hail Trip Offers on your M7 hardware.

With this latest update, Curb E-Hail trip offers provide more information, and more time, to help you decide which trips you want to take. 

These updates came from feedback from thousands of drivers and riders to help make improvements to our apps to create a better experience for everyone.

Please read below and learn more about how to use these new M7 hardware features to make it easier than ever to do E-Hail trips from Curb and our partners.

Pickup & Drop-off ETA’s
The map now shows time (min) and distance (mi) to the pickup location, and from the pickup to the drop-off.

Bid Countdown
The Bid Countdown shows the number of seconds you have to “Bid on Trip” or “Decline” before the offer expires. No need to hurry. ALL bids are accepted and considered until the timer expires. 

Bid On Trip
Bid only on the trips you want to take. Trips are awarded to the closest driver AFTER the countdown reaches 0, NOT the first to press “Bid.”

Introducing Fare Bonus

Fare Bonus

Green fares with an up arrow indicate that Curb has added a bonus to the fare for this trip.

Updated Trip Summary

*The Grand Total may be subject to post-trip adjustments*

Fare Bonus

If a Fare Bonus was included in the trip offer, it shows in green on the Trip Summary. The amount of the bonus is shown in parentheses ($3.00 for this example).

Adjustments

✔️ For certain trips, Tips may be added by passengers AFTER the trip ends.
✔️ All trips are reviewed for actual Tolls and Surcharges incurred.
✔️ Check Trip History for Final Grand Total amount.
