Important Update to MBTA Trips: Request Trip Feature!

Hi Drivers,

We've made an exciting update to MBTA trips! The Request Trip feature gives you a continually-updated list of MBTA trip offers to choose from right on your DASH. 

How does Request-Trip work?

Step 1:

Navigate to the “Offers Tab” on the Driver App and tap the “Request Trip” button.

Step 2: 

You will be able to view a list of available trips near your current location. Each offer contains important information like pickup time, pickup and drop off location.

Step 3A:

Choose from the trips available and tap “Confirm” to claim the trip. 

Step 3B: 

Approximately 30 minutes before pickup time, you will receive the trip offer.

Tap “Accept” to reconfirm. You’re all set!
