We are excited to announce that Miami Yellow drivers can accept Curb App trips in Miami, starting today, Dec 14, 2022.

Curb trip offers will appear on the same tablet you use for fleet dispatch. They will have Upfront Pricing, which means you will see the pickup, drop-off, and fare for the trip before you accept.

We will be hosting driver training sessions this week so you can see first-hand how to accept Upfront Fare offers on your tablet:

You may unsubscribe and view our privacy policy or T&Cs for more information. *Upfront fares are automatically calculated for your trip based on time and distance. The Upfront Fare includes an estimate of tolls and applicable government-mandated taxes/surcharges based on the estimated route. Any tip amount is applied at the end of the ride and is not included in the Upfront Fare. The fare may be adjusted at the end of the trip for actual taxes/surcharges, tolls and tip incurred

We’re so excited to launch our new Upfront Pricing in Miami.

Here are a few reminders from the training:

You will now be able to see the fare, plus the full pickup and drop-off before you accept.
Once you Accept an Offer, you may or may not be awarded the trip.
- The quickest and closest driver to accept will get the offer.
- Don’t worry, though. There will be plenty of offers coming.
Don’t forget to tap “Arrived”, confirm the passenger’s name, and Tap “Rider in Cab”.
Remember to select the number of passengers riding to start the trip.
Once the at the destination, don’t forget to tap “Trip Complete”.
