Important update! Drivers will now be compensated for eligible rider-canceled e-hail trips on Curb, terms apply*. We recognize the pivotal role drivers play in keeping cities moving, and believe it's essential to acknowledge and compensate you for your time when cancellations occur.
Important Details: How much will I be compensated?
Drivers will receive a $3.00 cancellation fee that Curb charges on rider-canceled trips. Note that this amount is subject to change and varies across markets. When does this apply? Drivers will be compensated for a rider-canceled trip only if Curb collects. Terms apply.* How do I know if I’m compensated? You will receive a notification message on your M7 screen, alerting you that the rider has canceled the trip and that you will be compensated. |
