Important Notice About Your WAV Rides

Hi there,

To ensure reliable service for all riders who rely on wheelchair-accessible vehicles, we want to remind you of an important TLC WAV program policy.

Effective immediately, riders with 3 or more no-show incidents will be removed from the TLC WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) program.

What Counts as a No-Show?

A no-show occurs when a driver arrives at the pickup location but the rider is unavailable after the required 5-minute wait time.

How to Avoid No-Shows

  • Be ready at your pickup location when your driver arrives.
  • If you no longer need your ride, cancel before the driver arrives by calling Curb directly at +347-428-6911.
  • Keep notifications enabled so you can receive updates about your driver’s arrival.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact support@gocurb.com.

Thank you,

The Curb Team
