Curb Driver App from the App Store & make sure to fill out our Curb Onboarding Form

MANDATORY: We must validate your documents & vehicle

You have two options to validate your documents & vehicle.

1. Schedule a video appointment (recommended):

We're constantly updating our scheduling so if you can't find a slot that works for you, please keep checking.

2. Come into our offices on a first come, first serve basis at:
11-11 34th Ave
Long Island City, NY 11106

When: 12pm - 5pm EST, Monday thru Friday.

For your verification appointment, whether on video or in-person, please have prepared or bring original copies of your:

• TLC / Hack license

• DMV/ State Driver License

• Vehicle Registration

• Vehicle Insurance

• TLC Inspection Receipt

• The Licensed Vehicle itself

Once your documents & vehicle are approved, launch the Curb Driver app and enter your name, phone, select the New York Region and enter your TLC Hack License. Then, add your vehicle and payment method in the Curb Driver App.
